We will be breaking down this project into phases.

Phase 1: Setup and Automations

The objective is to jumpstart the lead generation process during this phase. Only a few automation will be set up to be able to launch the first campaign within 5-7 days after the initial payment is received and the client is onboarded.

Phase 2:

After we launch the first campaign in phase 1, we will dedicate our time to setting up additional follow-up sequences to make your follow-up process more efficient. In Phase 2, we will also look for ways better implement the marketing campaigns with your internal systems to process new patients better.

This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue ongoing. This Agreement can terminate if either party provides 30 days written notice to the other party or the parties mutually agree by written consent to the termination of this Agreement. If the Client does not provide the required 30 days written notice to the Company, the Client shall be obligated to pay one final invoice, or one month of Services prior to being no longer required to owe any additional money and the Agreement shall be then terminated.
