Today’s post is going to be pretty quick and to the point.
Let’s take a look at a simple way to boost your online reviews.
In my opinion, there are 2 main places you want to make sure your reputation shines; Facebook & Google.
We know all too well that unhappy customers are much more likely to go online and voice their experience than happy customers.
One easy way to get some new reviews on your profiles is to send a quick email to past clients that have not yet left your spa a review online.
Be sure to include links that point straight to the Reviews section of your Facebook & Google profiles so that it’s as easy as possible for the customer to simply click, and leave their reviews.
A quick tip: include a link in the email that they can click on to leave feedback if they were unhappy for any reason with your services.
Be sure that that link does not point to your Google & Facebook profiles, instead have it point to a Google Form or similar that you set up that specifically asks how you could have done better to make the customer happy.
And then based on their feedback, you can contact them and try to make good on whatever the customer’s complaint was.
This diverts the negative review away from your Review profiles while allowing you to possibly turn the unhappy customer’s opinion of your studio from a bad one, to a good one.
The best part is that crafting an email like this to send to your customer list, only takes a couple of minutes and can result in dozens of new reviews.
I hope you take action on this advice and use it as a quick way to boost your spa’s reputation.
